Client Advisor with Italian & English - Bucharest

• Do you have advanced Italian and English skills?
• Are you very skilled in using a computer?
• Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training.
• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Resolve customer questions, complaints and requests via telephone.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Perform customer verifications.
• Manage customers' accounts.
• Offer customer support using different software applications.
• Record details of actions taken.
