Job Description

Manage technical support tickets from start to finish, both internally and external.
Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly.
Understand and document the customer's requirements, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer service.
The daily tasks include providing phone and web support for a variety of clients, troubleshoot application Issues.
Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
