Job Summary: We are looking for a Client Advisor who will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized advice on our products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for luxury fashion. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular meetings, phone calls, and emails. • Understand clients’ needs and preferences, and provide personalized advice on our products, including cashmere sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves, and accessories. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and collections to offer expert recommendations to clients. • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that may arise. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not required.
