For a prestigious Luxury Brand, we are looking for:

Client Advisor _ Luxury Boutique _ Milan

You will be integrated into the boutique of a prestigious luxury brand in the center of Milan, dedicated to the world of men's and women's ready-to-wear.

What will you be responsible for?

• Assisted sales to the customer and all activities related to store management;
• Attention to customer reception and consultation;
• Clienteling, CRM management, and storytelling of products and collections

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

• Previous experience in the role of Sales Assistant in contexts characterized by assisted sales and strong customer focus;
• Customer loyalty orientation;
• Good standing, cheerfulness, and predisposition for teamwork;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Work schedule: Full Time, 40 hours divided over 5/7 days per week, Monday to Saturday on shifts.

Contractual Offer:

• Integration with a direct fixed-term contract with the Company for 6 or 12 months;
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce;
• Job level: 4th level;
• Expected salary: 25-30K gross per year, defined based on the contractual classification, the foreseen duties, and the characteristics of the position;
• Provided benefits: 8 euro restaurant voucher.
