Your Role within Our Maison:

• You welcome and advise our demanding Swiss and international clientele during the purchase of branded watches, as well as jewelry and precious stones, offering premium service.
• You build, develop, and retain our clientele.
• You are an ambassador for a brand, you analyze and manage quantities, and ensure a presentation that enhances the product.
• You manage data using the Salesforce management system, ensuring its quality.
• You handle administrative tasks inherent to sales, such as emails, after-sales service management, inventory, and the transfer and receipt of merchandise.
• You ensure impeccable information flow between colleagues and actively support them.
• You stay informed about trends and undergo training to remain at the forefront of the key disciplines of your profession.

Your Profile:

• You are passionate about watchmaking and have an affinity for jewelry.
• You have several years of experience in selling watchmaking products, in high-end services, or in luxury hospitality.
• You possess a keen sense of service and exemplary customer orientation.
• Ideally, you have completed training as a Retail Trade Manager (CFC) in the field of sales consulting in jewelry/goldsmithing and watchmaking.
• Your native language is French; you have an excellent command of English; any additional language would be an asset.
• You are comfortable managing computer systems.
• You stand out for your professional rigor and attention to detail that makes the difference for our clientele.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit, and are flexible.
• Your appearance is neat and professional.
