Your role in the Tiffany Legacy For many of our customers, a visit to Tiffany is something to be treasured. Whether they are celebrating a special occasion or simply treating themselves, our Client Advisors play a vital role in creating memorable experiences. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships. * Achieving individual and team sales targets. * Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and brand heritage. * Maintaining a strong knowledge of the luxury retail market and competitors. * Processing transactions accurately and efficiently. * Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining store standards. To be successful in this role, you will have: * Previous experience in a luxury retail environment. * A passion for providing exceptional customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A strong sales acumen and the ability to achieve targets. * Impeccable presentation and a professional demeanor. * The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
