In the context of our development, our concession Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles of Saint-Nazaire is recruiting a Client Advisor After-Sales Automotive H/F, in CDI.

Duration: 39 hours from Monday to Friday
Reward according to experience: Gross monthly salary + Variables

Fortified with a strong commercial spirit and excellent relational qualities, you are the guarantor of the brand image and company by ensuring the development, counseling, and loyalty of customers.

• Ensure customer relations in its entirety (welcome and follow-up)
• Plan and prepare client appointments
• Write repair orders and work orders
• Be a sales force for additional products and services
• Ensure customer relationships with the workshop teams
• Establish repair estimates and track customer files
• Billing and collection
• Returns vehicles to customers
• Foster customer loyalty through your relational skills
• Monitor quality indicators and customer satisfaction
• Reference spare parts
• Promote the company and all its services
• Respect and ensure respect for hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure the quality standards required by the manufacturer
• Contribute to the image of the point of sale

Holder of a Bac or equivalent degree in commerce or automotive mechanics, you benefit from a successful first experience and at least 3 years of experience as a client advisor, ideally in the automotive sector.

You are naturally drawn to this type of function, your commercial sense and service-oriented skills are your strengths.

Dynamic, adaptable, and attentive, you know how to convince and satisfy customers. You are comfortable with clients and master computer/information technology tools.
