Client Administrator / IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will process support requests in 1st and 2nd level support and assist users with hardware and software problems.
• You will install, configure, and replace clients, notebooks, and other end devices.
• You will manage Windows client systems and Microsoft 365 and ensure stable workplace operation.
• You will carry out rollouts, software deployments, and client migrations.
• You will manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions within the existing IT environment.
• You will analyze disruptions and ensure fast and sustainable error resolution.
• You will document systems, changes, and relevant processes within the client infrastructure.
• You will participate in the standardization and continuous further development of the digital workplace environment.
• You will work closely with internal IT colleagues as well as with various departments.

Qualification

• You have completed IT training, for example, as an IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification.
• You have practical experience in client administration, IT support, or workplace management.
• You have good knowledge of Windows client operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• You have experience in client management as well as user and end-device support.
• You ideally have experience with rollouts, software deployment, or migrations of workstation systems.
• You work proactively, service-oriented, and find pragmatic solutions even for technical disruptions.
• You communicate confidently with users and explain technical contexts in an understandable way.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) as well as good English skills (B level).
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and have a quick grasp of things.
