Client Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients for wealth management and capital market products.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Advisory, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Represent the organization at client meetings, events, and networking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in client acquisition within Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of investment products, equity, mutual funds, and wealth management solutions.
• Proven experience in handling and onboarding HNI clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand financial goals and convince clients with suitable investment recommendations.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field.

NISM certifications (especially Mutual Fund & Equity Derivatives) will be an added advantage.
