Tasks

• Operation and further development of modern customer IT infrastructure

• Administration of Windows Server and client environments

• Support for Microsoft 365 and cloud services

• Setting up, maintenance, and monitoring of networks

• Analysis and troubleshooting of disturbances in the second and third level

• Participation in IT projects from planning to go-live

• Technical consulting for customers and internal teams

Qualification

• Education as a systems integration technician or comparable

• Experience in system administration in the system house or in-house

• Good knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory and M365

• Basic understanding of networks, firewalls, and security

• Structured solution-oriented working method

• Team spirit, self-initiative, and enthusiasm for modern IT
