N Position Type Non-Management POSITION SUMMARY Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations, including room assignments, special requests and any other relevant information. Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, courteous and professional at all times. Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as required.
