Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree - Essential Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Logistics and/or Qualified Chartered Accountant Advantageous Minimum 8 years leadership experience managing multi-functional teams Proven experience in driving operational and financial performance improvements through process re-engineering, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of Clearing & Forwarding industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience working with international trade laws and regulations advantageous.
