Job description
Description of the vacancy
- Preparation of Import Declaration (DI) and Import Licensing (LI) / input of data in the support system used by clearance, taken from instructions, invoice, manifest and knowledge;
- Verification and Registration of Import Declaration (DI) and Import Licensing (LI) / as well as critical analysis of the imputed data in preparation, such as description according to current legislation and analysis of NCM;
- Presentation of payment request;
- Opening of processes in the system;
- Informing found pending processes;
- Digitalization of original documents;
- Verification and recording of events and documents in the system;
