What you will do As Cleanroom Operator, you work in a controlled, clean production environment where precision and quality are central. You are responsible for the final processing steps of silicones and precision plastic components that are applied to products for the medical and technological industry. Your tasks consist of: Polishing, grinding and deburring small silicone parts Checking dimensions, shape and finish (including with microscope) Performing quality control tests on finished products Reporting any deviations or defects to the production manager Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines Ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures
