Job description
· Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising. · Clean toilets, break rooms, reception areas, offices, and public spaces to high hygiene standards. · Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with site policies. · Replenish toiletries and consumables in restrooms and communal areas. · Disinfect high-contact surfaces such as doors, handrails, ATMs, desks, and ticket machines. · Ensure platforms, waiting areas, and other public spaces are clean and free of hazards. · Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and protocols. · Maintain a clean and tidy work environment. · Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team. · Participate in site-wide cleaning initiatives and special events. · Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. · Collaborate with other cleaning staff and facilities team members to achieve cleaning goals. · Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. · Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules. · Be physically fit and able to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies. · Be able to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor and indoor spaces. · Be able to work independently and as part of a team. · Be able to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors. · Be able to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues. · Be able to work in a multicultural environment and respect diversity. · Be able to work in a dynamic and changing environment. · Be able to maintain a clean and tidy uniform and personal appearance. · Be able to maintain a clean and tidy vehicle (if applicable).
