The group you'll be a part of In the Global Products Group, we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. The impact you'll make Product Line Head role sets the product vision and strategic direction, defining 3–5 years roadmap in alignment with the corporate objectives. PLH oversees, manages, and identifies/mitigates technical, business, and operational risks for the entire product line. What you'll do

• Owns product line technical roadmap and strategic direction
• Delivers competitive and differentiated products and technologies
• Owns P&D execution, meeting customer commitments while ensures profitable products
• Accountable for profitability of the division
• Responsible for annual operational and capital planning for the product line
• Responsible for every aspect of organizational and people agenda for the product line

• Technical expertise with breadth and depth of knowledge in device and semiconductor manufacturing
• Understanding of customer technology roadmaps
• Strong customer relationships
• Brings track record of success and reputation in managing a product line, from C&F to high volume manufacturing
• Good business judgement and financial acumen to make decisions on product, technology, customer, organization and people
• Communication capability at all levels to bridge executive actions with employees in organization, cross functional and external customers
• Builds effective organizations and teams

Employment in Austria This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry (https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf) in occupation group I. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
