We are currently looking for a Class 4 Cover Driver to join our team in Christchurch. About the role:
We are currently looking for a Class 4 Cover Driver to join our team in Christchurch. You will be based in Christchurch, but will be working all over the South Island
- This is a cover driver role, and shifts will be dependent on type of cover needed, however are predominately Monday to Friday. (6.00 am start time - finish times may vary)
- Delivering/loading and unloading of cylinders to customer sites.
- Maintaining truck and gear
- Compliance to our health and safety standards
For this role, you will:
- Have proven Class 4 driving experience preferably within a dangerous goods environment
- Have a clean driver’s license
- Be physically fit and willing to do manual work
- Be flexible, adaptable, and have a strong work ethic
- Have a safety-first mindset and the ability to identify and minimise risks.
- Have a Dangerous Goods certificate, but is not essential as we can offer training
