Class 1 Milk Tanker Driver

Salary: £17.14 to £20.50 (Inc Holiday pay)

Job type: For 1 month (Temp to perm potential)

Expected hours: over 50 hours per week

A personable, family run company are seeking Class 1 Milk Tanker Drivers to join the team in Preston within a designated unit.

Working days or nights you can choose which time of days suits you best with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. Starting times will be either 0600 or 1800 for a 12-hour shift.

This is Milk Tanker or trunking work for 1 month however there is potential for temp to perm!!

What We Offer:

Day rate: £17.14 per hour

Night rate: £18.49 per hour

Weekend Day rate: £19.38 per hour

Weekend Night rate: £20.50 per hour

(All pay quoted is inclusive of holiday pay as part of a ‘rolled up’ rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive Class 1 vehicles and complete deliveries within specified time frames.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Complete daily checklists and paperwork as required.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.

What We Require:

• Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience (essential).
• A valid HGV C&E Class 1 license.
• Must be reliable and flexible with working hours.
• A strong focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
