Job description
Are you a Class 1 HGV Driver looking for permanent work in Leeds? Are you looking for night work? Do you have at least 6months experience driving Class 1 HGV Vehicles?
If so Driver Hire Leeds East may have the work for you.
We are currently recruiting 2 x Class 1 HGV Drivers for our client based in LS9.
This work is trailer swapping between our clients Leeds depot and our clients Glasgow depot or their Leeds and Kent depots. As this is trailer swap work there is no handball required.
Salary: 40K per annum - 45hours per week - Over time is available, but not compulsory.
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday - Start time between 13:00 - 20:00
Start date: ASAP - we understand that you may have a notice period to give.
Full training will be provided over a 2 weeks period to ensure you can safely complete the work required.
Requirements
CAT C+E UK driving licence entitlement
Up to date CPC and Tacho
Minimum 6 months experience driving Class 1 Vehicles
You must be confident at reversing
Minimum age 23
No more than 6 penalty points on licence
We do not accept any drink or drug offences
