Are you a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver with a passion for independent work and helping to keep the country moving? We're looking for motivated C+E drivers to join our team based in Northampton.

Shifts & Pay

• Pay: £19.98 - £22.89 per hour (depending on start times)

• Hours: Variable - flexibility required across a range of shift patterns

• Shift types: Includes night driving, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotational basis

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and transport mail between our operational sites across the UK

• Load, secure, and unload your vehicle safely and efficiently

• Maintain delivery schedules while ensuring the security of all items in transit

• Drive fixed routes independently, often unsupervised

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) manual licence with no more than 6 penalty points

• Valid Tachograph and CPC card

• Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills

• Comfortable working independently for extended periods

• Flexible and willing to support different shifts and routes as needed

• A positive, community-focused approach and pride in delivering essential services
