About the Role The Ancillary and Medical Claims Assessor will be responsible for processing high volumes of ancillary and medical claims. This role has a strong customer service focus, and it is essential that accurate information and exceptional service is provided to all customers. Key responsibilities include: * Processing and assessing claims in accordance with HCF Australia's policies and procedures; * Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and resolution of customer queries; * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of claims processing activities; * Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex or escalated claims; * Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations and industry developments that may impact claims processing.
