Claims Manager UVG/KTG (50-100%)
In this responsible position, you will independently handle claims in the areas of UVG and/or KTG. If you want to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment, actively take responsibility, and help shape the future of our claims processes, then you are exactly right with us!
Your tasks
Claims assessment and processing in the area of accident insurance (UVG) and/or daily sickness (KTG)
Holistic case management from notification to closure
Assessment of benefit claims
Coordination with disability insurance offices, medical advisors, recovery specialists, and other partners
Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments
Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented case processing
Participation in the optimization of processes and systems
Your profile
We are looking for a person with vocational training in a commercial or medical field.
Experience in claims processing for personal insurance
Sound knowledge in the areas of UVG and/or KTG
Affinity for IT applications and system-supported processes
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork skills
German and/or English language skills
