Claims Insights Consultant

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and engaging Insurance and/or Allied Health Professional to provide claims insights and case coordination for cases referred to our Clinical Insights Panel. You will be the face of our service delivery team, liaising and building rapport with our customers and internally with our Medical Advisors to support fair and reasonable case outcomes for public liability cases. Your day to day will involve the following: Liaise and build rapport with external stakeholders, including claimants, lawyers, and medical professionals; Provide expert insights on claims-related matters, drawing on your professional expertise in Insurance and/or Allied Health; Coordinate case activities, ensuring timely and effective communication with all parties involved; Collaborate with Medical Advisors to develop comprehensive case reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for optimal case outcomes. You will be expected to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers.
