Job description
We are partnering with an established and growing brokerage that is looking for a Claims Consultant to join their busy team. This replacement role (due to internal promotion) involves managing a portfolio of approximately 200 claims, some of which require full Mandarin language proficiency. Strong language skills are essential to effectively support these clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with claims or insurance experience who is organised, proactive, and eager to further develop their career in a supportive environment. The role is fully office-based, offering beautiful views and a fantastic location. While extensive experience is not required, candidates must be confident managing claims processes and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Handle claims requiring Mandarin language proficiency, supporting clients who communicate in Mandarin.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Some claims or insurance experience is essential.
- Strong English communication skills, with Mandarin language proficiency required for a portion of claims.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
