Claims Analyst - Transportation

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider. Currently, we are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Querétaro. This position will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department. Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: • Investigate and analyze claims related to transportation accidents, fires, or other incidents. • Conduct on-site inspections and gather evidence to support claims processing. • Analyze and evaluate the severity of damages and losses, determining the appropriate settlement amount. • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for claims processing and settlement. • Collaborate with the Safety department to identify trends and areas for improvement in transportation operations. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Insurance, Law, or Business). • 2+ years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
