Claims Adjuster - Transportation

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider. Currently, we are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Querétaro. This position will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department. Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: • Investigate and analyze claims, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary. • Determine the cause of accidents or incidents and assess damages. • Prepare reports and recommendations for settlement or denial of claims. • Maintain accurate records and files of all claims processed. • Collaborate with the Safety department to identify trends and implement measures to prevent future accidents. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
