Claims Adjuster (m/w/d) - Full-time/Part-time Office Job

As a communicative person with a sense of structure, technical understanding, and a keen eye for details, you will support our team immediately in processing vehicle damage claims. Your role at SIXT

• You assess new vehicle damage claims based on photos and decide whether an expert should be consulted
• You record and maintain data carefully and reliably
• You clarify open questions about the claim's origin through targeted research and good communication
• You coordinate with rental stations, external service providers, and our internal claims team
• You compile all relevant information about an incident clearly and comprehensively

Your skills count

• Qualification You have ideally completed a vocational training in the office or commercial sector
• Analytical view You approach complex situations analytically and structurally, bringing perseverance with you
• Linguistic skills You possess very good German language skills and good English
• Digital competence You work routinely with MS Office – our SIXT-owned programs will explain it to you step by step
• Team spirit & calmness You are a team player with an overview and organizational talent – even at higher speeds
• Technical understanding You have a basic technical understanding and recognize the difference between dents and scratches

Für this position, we offer you an attractive salary of EUR 2,050,- gross per month (for full-time employment) plus a performance-based bonus. If you have the necessary experience, we'll be happy to pay more.
