Your tasks as Claims Adjuster (gn) Sick Leave Compensation:

Checking cases for pre-contractual notification obligation violations

Determining possible claims for reimbursement

Processing inquiries about cost coverage

Obtaining and providing relevant information

Creating correspondence and general claims processing

Your profile as Claims Adjuster (gn) Sick Leave Compensation:

A completed education in the insurance or healthcare sector (e.g. Insurance Clerk (gn) for Insurance and Finance, Social Security Officer (gn))

Professional experience in sick leave compensation processing

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and contractual provisions

Fundamental knowledge of social security law

Very good German language skills (GER C1) and confident handling of SAP and PC applications
