Your Tasks

• Coordination with site management regarding contract changes in the course of executing infrastructure projects
• Conducting contract-relevant correspondence with the client
• Preparing claims based on site documentation
• Evaluating claims from subcontractors
• Negotiating claims with clients and subcontractors with the support of site management

• Ensuring punctuality in rail traffic
• Contributing to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure
• Implementing the federal government's multi-billion euro investment package in the coming years

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study
• Ideally two years of professional experience in contract management, cost estimation, or site management in the main construction industry or in project development
• Good knowledge of construction contract law (VOB/B)
• Strong understanding of technical, economic, and legal contexts
• Structured, solution-oriented working method and high self-responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with RIB iTWO or comparable software
