Civil Supervisor

We are currently looking for a team-oriented and proactive Civil Construction Supervisor for Navodari, within the company Rominserv.

Your new role:
Technical supervision of works related to corrective maintenance activities, as well as investment projects (repairs, modernizations, rehabilitations, development) in order to offer clients a viable alternative - both financially and operationally - to the traditional system of internal maintenance work management and execution of modernization and development investment projects.

Activities that will help you shine:

• Ensuring/preparing technical specifications for tendering and lists of activities for carrying out maintenance works or investment projects;
• Evaluating service offers received and preparing the evaluation report of subcontractors for the purpose of contracting services;
• Planning works and allocating costs according to framework agreements for work evaluation;
• Establishing and planning the execution of works during the most favorable periods, completing the Scheduled Start and Finish dates of Work Orders in the Maximo application;
• Monitoring the progress of works in terms of quantity, quality, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment);
• Performing safety audits based on the schedule established at the company level;
• Studying the Inventory base and requesting, through an internal order (prepared in Maximo - Purchase Requisition) to the Procurement Department, the materials and spare parts for the execution of works;
• Participating in the Reception of works in accordance with the provisions of the procedure in order to verify the correspondence between requirements and what has been achieved, as well as the accompanying documents;
• Managing approved payment documents for settlement and archiving them;
• Participating, at the supervisor's request, in intra- and inter-departmental projects or activities, on a temporary basis, depending on their role and competencies, to contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

• Technical studies in the field of civil construction, industrial construction, installations;
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in civil works;
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar/equivalent position;
• English language - intermediate level;
• Microsoft Office operation – intermediate level.
