Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract administration and site management for large-scale land development projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Handle documentation, variations, and claims accurately.
- Support contract negotiations and resolve any contractual issues promptly.
