Are you an experienced Civil Superintendent seeking to take the next step in your career. We are working with a specialist Urban Land Development Consultancy new project wins and a strong piepline of work have resulted in a new opening in their Sydney team.

Role Overview:

In this role you will manage and deliver contracts for high-profile land development projects, ensuring smooth project execution and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee contract administration and site management for large-scale land development projects.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Handle documentation, variations, and claims accurately.
Support contract negotiations and resolve any contractual issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Superintendent, within the civil design or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of contract management and site administration.
