Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in executing and supervising aluminium doors, windows, and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution, quality assurance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders at project sites in and around Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and glazing systems as per drawings and specifications; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards; Coordinate with site teams to achieve project milestones; Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues; Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders; Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel; Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and quality control checks.
