Job description
Job Description: The core purpose of the job focuses on the Civil Project Manager responsible for managing civil construction or infrastructure projects within the built environment sector, such as buildings, roads, rail, bridges, and other infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Developing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project deliverables are met. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Manage project risks, issues, and changes. Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Identify and mitigate potential delays or disruptions. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. Coordinate with internal departments, such as procurement, finance, and HR, to ensure effective project execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project team.
