Civil Production Manager/General Foreman - Construction Industry
Job description
RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable and well established civil contractor in the Western Cape is on the lookout for a hardworking and committed Civil Production Manager or General Foreman for their successful team in Cape Town.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or relevant tertiary qualification (beneficial)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as Production Manager/General Foreman on civil projects
- Proven track record in managing construction teams (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)
- Knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train and mentor upcoming foremen and labourers
- Valid driver’s license
