Civil Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join our client’s growing crew. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate plant and machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, and dump trucks Carry out civil tasks including trenching, earthworks, backfilling, site prep, and general labouring Follow site safety procedures and protocols Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with client requirements. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals. Maintain accurate records and reports as required. Participate in regular toolbox talks and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies.
