About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Civil Manager to lead civil construction for utility-scale solar PV projects across India. You will drive onsite civil execution, quality, and HSE compliance while coordinating with engineering, procurement, vendors and stakeholders to deliver milestones on time and within budget.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end civil execution for solar projects: site mobilisation, earthworks, foundations, access roads and drainage.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, ensure contract adherence, and enforce productivity and quality standards onsite.
• Review and validate civil drawings, soil investigation reports and structural calculations; coordinate design clarifications with engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, resource plans and measurement records; monitor progress against project milestones and commercial deliverables.
• Implement site HSE systems, conduct inspections and incident investigations, and ensure compliance with statutory and client safety requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, measurement sheets and support progress billing, variation claims and handover documentation.
