Civil Labourer / Operator – Formwork & Retaining Walls

We are recruiting for a small, family-owned civil construction company based in North Auckland, and we’re looking for an experienced Civil Labourer to join our tight-knit team. If you enjoy variety in your work, take pride in quality workmanship, and can jump on the tools wherever needed — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the construction of retaining walls and general civil works

• Formwork carpentry and concrete preparation

• Operating machinery including diggers – confident finishing skills essential

• Supporting the crew with a range of site tasks to get the job done

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in formwork and civil construction

• Class 2 driver licence

• WTR endorsement (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers)

• Reliable, team-focused, and happy to muck in wherever needed

• North/West Auckland based (work largely across North Auckland)
