Civil Estimator – Construction Industry
Job description
A leading Civil construction firm is seeking a Civil Estimator to join their Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full tendering process for civil infrastructure projects.
Key Requirements:
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering ( not Building)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction and estimating
- Proficient in CCS (Candy)
- Develop method statements and contribute to the compilation of bid documentation.
- Oversee and review construction programs and returnables.
- Procure and evaluate quotations for specialized items.
- Finalize comprehensive tender submissions.
- Manage logistics for site meeting attendance, BOQ collection, and submission timelines.
