Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our client's team in Springbok. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the design and review of civil engineering projects, encompassing water, sanitation, roads, stormwater, and building structures. Responsibilities: * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Oversee the execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. * Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met. * Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and reports. * Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues. * Monitor project progress, track expenses, and prepare regular project status reports. * Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. * Manage and negotiate with contractors and vendors. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Experience with water, sanitation, roads, stormwater, and building structures projects. * Valid driver's license.
