Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing a variety of infrastructure projects, from initial concept through to completion.

• Design, plan, and oversee construction of civil projects such as dams, bridges, roads, pipelines, and sewerage systems
• Conduct site investigations and geotechnical analysis (soil/rock sampling and testing)
• Draft and interpret specifications, technical drawings, and construction plans
• Monitor project progress, construction methods, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Prepare cost estimates and budget plans; monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate site labour, materials, and equipment for smooth on-site execution
• Analyse structural systems for load capacity and durability
• Design transportation systems and assess traffic flow patterns
• Manage design variations, valuations, and cost adjustments during construction

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and geotechnical principles
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro)
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
