With a strong presence in the South Island and a reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability, they’re growing steadily — and are now looking to bring a talented Intermediate Civil Engineer on board.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on, career-defining opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of diverse civil and land development projects. From 3 waters infrastructure and infill developments to large-scale greenfield subdivisions, you’ll play a key role in shaping future communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial developments
• Engaging with internal teams, clients, councils, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Contributing to civil construction observation and site monitoring
• Supporting junior team members and sharing your technical expertise
• Ensuring compliance with NZ standards, local authority requirements, and client expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years’ experience in civil design and land development within NZ
• Proficiency in 12d or Civil 3D and solid AutoCAD capabilities
• Strong understanding of NZ council processes, design standards, and 3 waters design
• Construction observation/site monitoring experience is a bonus
• A relevant engineering qualification (BEng, BEngTech, NZCE or similar)
• Confident communicator who thrives in a team-focused environment
• NZ Residency or Citizenship is essential
