Your tasks:
Implementation of investment construction measures from Leistungsphase 3 of the HOAI as a project leader/representative for the field of urban drainage and road construction
Hausanschlussmanagement bei Abwasserleitungen
Bauliche Unterhaltung des Kanalnetzes
Your profile:
A degree in civil engineering (m/w/d) with a focus on civil engineering or equivalent training or a study that corresponds to the task area
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht und Vergaberecht
Sicherer Umgang mit der HOAI
Beherrschung der einschlägigen bautechnischen und rechtlichen Grundlagen
Sicheres Anwenderwissen im Umgang mit den gängigen Datenverarbeitungsprogrammen, insbesondere MS-Office, außerdem CAD sowie AVA
Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit, Überzeugungsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick, Konfliktfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Führerschein Klasse B
