What we're looking for: • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level); • 2+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a consulting environment; • Strong understanding of design principles and project delivery methodologies; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, techniques, and best practices in civil engineering.
