We specialize in the design, planning, and execution of large-scale civil projects including dams, bridges, pipelines, roads, airports, sewerage systems, and more.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to a range of challenging and rewarding infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, organize, and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects such as:
• Dams, bridges, roads, pipelines, airports, sewerage systems, and water supply schemes
• Analyse soil and rock behaviour under structural pressure and design appropriate foundations
• Evaluate static and dynamic structural properties to ensure durability and safety
• Design transportation systems and assess travel patterns and future flow needs
• Estimate and monitor construction costs, prepare detailed cost plans, and assess budget impacts
• Determine construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Draft and interpret engineering specifications, plans, and procedures
• Organise and manage site labour, delivery schedules, materials, and equipment
• Develop and coordinate site activity programs
• Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine load capacities and structural impacts
• Monitor changes in design, assess cost impacts, and manage variations
• Ensure structural integrity by designing to prevent collapse, bending, vibration, or failure
• Design physical infrastructure aspects of transportation systems (e.g. highways, rail, transit, logistics terminals)

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in large-scale civil engineering projects
• Strong understanding of soil mechanics, structural design, and construction practices
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of Australian standards and regulatory requirements is an advantage
