As a Construction Project Engineer, you’ll work across the full lifecycle, tendering, contract administration, site surveillance, and quality oversight, while partnering directly with clients, developers, councils, and government agencies. You’ll also collaborate daily with an experienced in-house design team and senior specialists who’ll support your professional growth.

What you’ll do:

• Lead civil and land development projects through the delivery phase
• Manage contractors, procurement, progress claims, variations and program monitoring
• Attend site meetings, conduct hold points and ensure compliance with approvals and standards
• Build strong client relationships and become their trusted advisor
• Work in an environment that values proactive problem-solving, accuracy, and good communication

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (RPEQ desirable)
• 2–5 years’ construction experience - contractor backgrounds welcome
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, understand civil construction, and manage QA
• Confident with contract admin, programming fundamentals, and stakeholder engagement
• A motivated communicator who enjoys client-facing work
• Exposure or knowledge of utility services
