Job Description We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Construction Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to lead and oversee infrastructure projects from planning through execution. This role is critical in ensuring that civil works—such as roads, bridges, water systems, and structural foundations—are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Construction Manager will be responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive construction strategies for; Managing and coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers; Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices; Coordinating with internal teams, such as engineering, procurement, and logistics; Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues; Collaborating with the project team to develop and implement corrective actions; Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
