Civil and Industrial Construction Engineer

Certain minimum requirements:

• AVAILABILITY FOR TRAVEL

• Degree in higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field ;
• Good organizer and coordinator;
• Knowledge of operating a computer;
• Planning, organizing, observing spirit;
• Ability to work with a team on construction sites;
• Driving license category B ;
• Experience in offering constitutes an advantage .

Main responsibilities:

• Verifying the architectural plan of the construction and ensuring project viability;
• Creating detailed technical plans based on the architectural project (sections, calculations, technical specifications);
• Coordinating activities performed by team members within projects to achieve the established objective in a shorter time frame with maximum efficiency;
• Facilitating the decision-making process at the leadership level and transmitting it to executives verbally or written;
• Supervising, guiding, and coordinating construction teams and subcontractors;
• Verifying and tracking work quality;
• Preparing work reports;
• Gathering necessary materials according to current activities;
• Managing stock and equipment;
• Prioritizing tasks;
• Organizing activities on construction sites and ensuring workers are properly supervised, applying all regulations in the field of work;
• Governing activity with collaborating companies;
