Title: Citrix Lead Engineer Description: Citrix Lead Engineer Mid-senior level remote Immediate Joiner Role Overview: The Citrix Lead Engineer will be responsible for Citrix architecture, platform operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and advanced engineering support. This role will lead the Citrix function and work closely with leadership, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders. Title: Citrix Lead Systems Engineer Experience: 8–10 years of enterprise Citrix experience 3–5 years in a senior or team lead role Core Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain Citrix infrastructure and architecture • Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform performance and efficiency • Provide advanced engineering support for complex issues and projects • Collaborate with leadership, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives • Stay up-to-date with the latest Citrix technologies and best practices • Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members • Develop and manage budgets and resources for the Citrix function • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
