Job Title - Cisco Network Operations Specialist Location - Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico Responsibilities The Network Operations Engineer is responsible for proactive monitoring troubleshooting and incident management in a network operation environment. This role involves maintaining network documentation coordinating with site technicians OEM vendors and other stakeholders and ensuring network reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor network performance and detect anomalies. Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Network Operations team to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed network documentation. Coordinate with site technicians OEM vendors and other stakeholders to ensure network reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. Key Requirements Strong understanding of network operations and management principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment and technologies. Knowledge of network protocols and architectures. Experience with incident management and troubleshooting tools and techniques.
