Cisco High Touch Engineer (Red Badge) Location: Milan, Italy Sector: Public Sector | Pubblica Amministrazione Engagement: Long-term, Embedded Role The Opportunity We are seeking a senior Cisco High Touch Engineer (Red Badge) to support mission-critical networks within the Italian Public Sector , working closely with central government bodies, ministries, and public institutions. This is a high-impact, trusted-advisor role embedded directly within the customer environment, operating at the highest level of technical expertise and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cisco technologies and be able to provide expert-level support for complex network architectures. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for mission-critical networks; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement network architecture designs; Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders; Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and cost savings; Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and network architectures; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience working with government agencies or public institutions is highly desirable.
